Meet Rachael
I’m a small-town girl from Justin, Texas, and I’ve always been someone who stays in motion. From building forts in the trees and camping in the backyard to long days outside with my family, I grew up learning the value of community, hard work, and showing up for the people around you. That foundation still shapes how I live and work today.
From a young age, I lived by the belief that if I set my mind to something, I could figure it out. Whether it was sports, academics, or stepping into leadership roles early in my career, I approached every challenge with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to grow. Helping people has always been at the center of what I do, and that is what ultimately led me to real estate.
Before becoming an agent, I spent years in hospitality, tech, and strategic development, working in fast-paced environments where clear communication, problem solving, and long-term thinking mattered. That experience allows me to strategically guide my clients through some of the most important financial and lifestyle decisions of their lives with clarity, confidence, and a steady plan from start to finish.
Real estate is also where my love for design and creating value truly came to life. I now co-own an interior design and construction business with my brother, which gives me hands-on experience in renovations, layout decisions, and thoughtful improvements that increase both livability and long-term value. This allows me to help clients see not just what a home is, but what it can become, whether they are buying, selling, or investing.
If I had to describe myself in one word, it would be driven. I do not believe in doing things halfway, and I do not believe in one-size-fits-all advice. My goal is to raise the standard of service in this industry and to be the steady, strategic advocate my clients can trust through every step of the process.
Outside of work, I love staying active, traveling, and spending time with my golden retriever, Wylder. You will often find me outdoors, trying new workouts, or planning my next trip. Those experiences keep me grounded, curious, and energized, which is exactly how I want to show up for the people I work with every day.
