Rachael's approach to real estate is rooted in a deep appreciation for community and the belief that where you live shapes how you live. Raised just outside Fort Worth, she grew up in close-knit neighborhoods where relationships mattered and people looked out for one another. That early foundation continues to guide the way she serves her clients today.

Before entering real estate, Rachael built her career in hospitality, tech, and strategic development, where she worked in fast-paced, results-driven environments that required long-term thinking, problem solving, and strong execution. That background allows her to strategically guide clients through some of the most important financial and lifestyle decisions they will make, with clarity, confidence, and a steady hand throughout the process.

Real estate became the space where Rachael’s passion for people, problem-solving, and design naturally came together. That passion expanded when she co-founded an interior design and construction business with her brother, giving her hands-on experience in renovations, layout decisions, and value-driven improvements. This allows her to help clients not only see what a home is, but what it can become, and to make smart decisions that support both lifestyle and long-term value.

Rachael does not believe in one-size-fits-all advice. Every client, every home, and every goal deserves a strategy built with intention. Whether guiding a first-time buyer, helping a family make their next move, or advising on an investment opportunity, she brings clarity, care, and confidence to each decision along the way.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her golden retriever, Wylder. Those moments of balance and perspective are the same qualities she brings into her business: grounded, focused, and fully present for the people she serves.
